and now your posting pics of me...
I know that. The front tire hit a rock which the forks needed to soak up more. which caused the fork to bottom out. not the "rear end", the rear shock.
yeh, thats sure! but i say like on normal ground its harder to bottom a fork..now on the rock, different matter...
more than a normal tire, and they work by not having a tube in them and sealing against the rim, usually with sealant for best results, hence the name 'tubeless'

sick photo, probably with out knowing and keeping it well with in the limits of your bike you probably do some thing like this every ride but only if your riding propper downhill and your bikes tuned to the max
omg ... is that bottomed ... ohh i think it is ... showing on a DH run you ARE ABLE to bottom the bikes haha even the pros have to do it
Steve Peat has always said that if you are not bottoming out at least once on a DH run, then your bike is not set up properly. And this is something he's maintained since the riding Kona hardtails back in the day, through those ghastly short travel Sintesi/Saracen's to GT's various designs, onto Orange and now his 10inch travel Santa Cruz. All very different designs with various suspension manufacturers. Can't argue with that.
basicly there no perfect set up at the end of the day and you better having 1 or 2 bottom out in a race run and being bucked and thrown all over the place, still if this sort of thing is happening to you all the way down and if your session say a drop you bike may need tuning
