besides if you are gonna take off or are the kind of person to take off from the cops you usually have your plates strapped to the top of the wheel well because its barely legal, but its legal.

yeah i take that back. there is a ghost car in my town. it is a blacked out 2008 dodge charger with chrome liped black 5 spoke wheels on it.
