This is still wrong. The crown is where it forks off, with the two stantions. Like a fork in the road. You dont call it forks in the road, just "A fork in the road" This is called a fork. It only separates into two sides. If there were three stantions, you could call them forks. End.
Oh my, it mostly depends on the sentence being said, ex: "you have a beautiful fork" But many people get it wrong on PB because some are illiterate dummy's
K, this for some reason is starting to piss me off. I have never heard it said as "forks" except on this site. Would you say go get me a "forks" from the drawer, as in dinner fork. "Forks" just makes you sound like your 10 years old and have no idea what parts are what.
Whoever did this is a fkin idiot. You cant just say forks, your suppose to have the " ' " to make it make sense. AND plus each stantion/prong/tines/sticks whatever.. isn't 1 fork. For it to be a Fork it must have 2 or more.
Ex: My Fork is awesome.
or
My Fork's awesome. That is the correct way not "Forks". Forks is when you have more than 1 Fork.
"Last year we built the biggest thing to hit the 4X market. This year it’s even better! Before your next gate drops you need to be on a Marzocchi 4X. Of course, Dirt Jumper owned every event it entered. Our best riders use this fork on some of the most relentless trails made by man."
oooooo so that thing i eat with is a forks? jeeze this whole time i thought it was a fork! oh even better!.. if u cut the "forks" up into its individual 4 prongs, does that make it a fork? or a chopstick? holy shit! that must mean that my stancions are chopsticks! what if the "forks" was a sporks!? then would the crown be the spoon!?! sheiit sonn!!!! its a fork. not forks. stupid kids.
Ok Listen i was on Dans comp and it does say "forks" but only cause its a list of more than 1 fork, but when you actually look at a fork it says "fork." (e.g. COLONY HELL STALLION - Liam Fahy-Hampton signature fork made from full heat-treated.......)
theyre 2 different objects, you dont eat with bicycle forks. im pretty sure theyre normally said as A Pair of Forks. like a Pair Of Pants
The english language has way too many fucking complicated rules though
it depends on the way on the way you use it because they make nice forks sounds better than they make nice fork and thats a good fork sounds better than thats a nice forks
