The rims of Deemax wheels are exactly the same as EX823 rims, they're just yellow in stead of black. And yes, these yellow EX823/Deemax rims are available in 28/32/36 spoke versions for about $100 a piece I think (just out the top of my head)

How is your chainline with those XT cranks? I tried using them but couldnt get it to be the 56mm chainline the demo needs, also how are those wheels holding up with the 6mm offset for the demo rear end?

You did a zero offset on the Rear wheel? How can that line up properly? I had to dish mine 6mm to get it correct.
