well eastern black betty's are sick and i don't even own a eastern and i think some are pretty good..maybe a white rear wheel but thats it pretty sick my friend

i wouldnt exactly say the thomson choice cheap, but i'm thinking about new peds and maybe tabletop WIRE bead tires for the rear and a new 2.1 SM8 for the front.

yeah true ill give you that personally i know how to make a bike light but i am heavy and a bit of a hack so i decided not to go with it but overall thats pretty good but a few changes over time would lighten it up.

also i wouldnt think a new stem would be the first tihng to change. the hussefelt weighs in at 203grams which isnt bad at all, but the bars weigh a ton i think. (also hussefelt)
