I would give you 300$ and an ipod classic which is worth 200$(barely used) for everything but the fork and if you dont want to do that deal then I would trade you the exact same amount for everything but the rims,hubs, spokes,and fork. P.S. I would want the bike with this exact stock not the newer parts you said you ordered. if you were selling it with the dirt jam you had on it in your pictures then i might be interested in the fork.
