flag biketool (Apr 27, 2009 at 17:52)
Shipping is probably abt $25. 170mm travel adjusts to 130mm.

is it a 20 mm axel?
  • + 1
flag biketool (May 8, 2009 at 3:52)
Yep, It's 20mm, the hex part of the axle is locked to the fork for improved stiffness... the 20mm axle fits standard 20mm wheel hubs.

Yep, still got the Sherman. What frame do you have? This has a 1.5 steerer. Let me know if you want more pics, or to meet up somewhere.

what size is the steerer tube?
  • + 1
flag biketool (Jul 27, 2009 at 9:36)
1.5" steerer. requires an oversized headtube on your frame. Let me know what you have for a frame, and I can check if it will fit.

flag DJER106 (Jul 27, 2009 at 9:40)
well then why is 1-1/8th too small?
  • + 1
flag biketool (Jul 27, 2009 at 9:50)
because 1-1/8" is the SMALL, standard-sized, steerer that most MTBs use.

flag biketool (Aug 1, 2009 at 5:12)
I misread ;] ...1-1/8th is NOT too small for a katmandu.
