I haven't as I don't have pegs but there's glass/windows on the other side so you wouldn't want to fall in that direction. Plus you'd have to lean a ton to lock on a grind since it's slanted.

Yeah, I don't think I'd want to try grinding that. If there wasn't glass on the other side, then maybe, but it's just too sketchy. I'm pretty sure some guys have done it though since there's grind marks on the metal part.
