actually no, its not, Flows dont have internal head sets, or internal seat slamps where as mobs do, And there is the bar by the rear brake that looks kind of like a spider web, every blackmarket has it, sorry dude its a mob.

I agree with you galen that it's a Mob, but for some reason the caption for the photo in the article said, "Custom SAINT equipped Rocky Mountain hard tail what will be auctioned off to raise funds for Tara Llanes"

yep, okay. i will. i guess that's why the frame looks just like a flow, rocky mountain has been advertising with saint on this site, and they use the rocky slogan on the top tube "find your flow" in the same font as rocky usually uses...
defiantly a mob...
