Ha, your not the first to ask. I didn't. Have always liked a clean bike...stickers included. Sadly X.O, FSA, Avid, etc are under a clear and I like the wheelset stickers. Otherwise it wouldn't have any.
Never though of destickering my derailleur though. I might go searching for some stickers to remove tonight
Cheers Shondo, sorry for the overload of pics....everything kind of just came together so quickly. It's nice getting new stuff after waiting so long
Dude, I'm the last guy on this site that you would have to apologize to for that. I may be a bigger gear whore than you. May be.

Forgot to ask Wilson, how come you haven't given her a polish? Aluminum looks so sick polished bro...
To be honest I haven't even finished rawing it. Don't really have a well ventilated area to finsih over the winter, so it sat undone. Have some bits by the bb and along the inside of the central channel. Hopefully I can get a chance soon to finish it up.
You came all the way out to Kitchener to get your bike built? I would think there are some good shops a little closer to home.
To be honest not really. There are one or two that aren't bad, but Eastside is totally worth the drive. They treat me right and get my business because of it.
Went to school here and now work in Waterloo four days a week.....so it kinda helps.

Ah. I do like Eastside. Eric has always been helpful to me when I go in, especially with his patience at my stupidity when it comes to bikes. His dad, I think his name is Art, is also good and keeps my dad busy with conversation while I blow hundreds of dollars.
I'd also recommend you check out Winterbourne Bicycles in Guelph. The guy who owns it isn't cheap, but he is arguably the best mechanic in the area. He teaches a course run though Conestoga College that certifies mechanics. I have my bike there right now and I know it is going to run better than new when I get it back.

Cheers to that, just may have to stop by. Quite often at Guelph City Hall with time to blow. Looks like you may have filled that time.
It's not your regular shop. He used to make custom frames but now he just does courses. He does not keep anything in stock. Also it's way out by the Sleeman Brewery. But all the same, go check it out and have a chat with him because he a a really cool dude (and a giant
, I am 6'3 and he towers over me)
If you like eclectic shops definitely check out Back Pedaling in Guelph too. They are just off of Edinburugh (Crimea st.) and are located in an old manufacturing section. They specialize in custom choppers but you can tell what each of the workers is into riding just by looking at them.
