that doesnt look like a 07 it looks like a 08

The 08 Fork had different decals, and was made in Taiwan, as opposed to the 07 which was made in Italy. If you look at the DJ2 Sticker on the left fork leg below the 888 one, you can see it is the 07 decal. The 08 one also had plastic valve covers, and only has one air adjust, which is on the right. The 08 model also has a plastic rebound adjust knob on the top left of the crown. As you can see from the picture, mine does not.

The 08 fork also has different lowers.

... and uppers too. The shape of the fork is very different.
