its called spinning the bars backwards and then ride and spin double the amount that u have, you use less cable but same rotations. (enough to do say 2 normal spins, then spin them the opposite way that u normally spin them, and then when your riding if u do 2 barspins the cable will be in normal position and you can do 2 more without reseting the bars, u can even do 4. get it?)
