ISO 400 on any new DSLR wouldnt produce enough noise to really bother anyone especially after post processing. Plus hes shooting Canon which has the best noise suppression system allowing almost no visible noise interference up to ISO 1600.

True, this is making me wonder what kind of post processing he was using on this. Some of my shots at ISO 400 have an annoying amount of visible noise, on a Canon XSI.
