OK what I MEANT TO SAY.

Do you know the rule, where if you catch a police officer doing somthing illegal, (example being illegal window tint) and you get a picture of it; if you ever get pulled over, and have that picture, you can save yourself from a potencial ticket. I belive, that by a MODERATOR not wearing a helmet (im not a nazi, just saying, hell, i ride without out all the time) then helmetless P.O.D's sould be allowed as well... so show off even more amazing riders.

k, well this is a biking site, riding your bike without a helmet isn't morally wrong. they simply have the no helmet no pod rule because people complained that pinkbike was promoting riding without a helmet....
