Well...for one I guess because it's not a moto...? And two because "technically"(like anyone here should care because that whip is dope!)a moto whip is an entirely different body position, with the ass end up and the front down, rider would be down beside the bike. But anyone who'd call someone on this is just being a dick. That's a nice looking whip. Hell, it's ALMOST a turn down! loL!
