Yeah, most likely Photoshopped. But definitely been altered. Not only the forks, the chain, cranks, where the seat tube goes in, the clamp and pole itself, the entire bike has been changed.
My vote is for photoshop - great effort whoever made this. (Y)

Brighter bikes make the world a better place. Even if this one looks like the rider's sponsored by Crayola. Mah bike is bright orange and its kinda fun to roll around on, definately a nice change from the usual black and grey. Keeps it fresh.
