There's something not right about this picture. I'm not sure what it is. There seems to be a halo around everyone? And a lot of noise

yeah, It's a custom effect I did to create a painting-like quality. It was overcast when I shot this so I decided I'd play with it a bit

It makes it look like you photo shopped the rider in. Just doesn't seems really unnatural.
