im with mitchymaca, and im pretty sure you dont have a tig cause you cant run one in your house that can make strong enough welds, plus they cost more than your life.

like chaging the toptube angle down a bit, and the top part of the rear triangle down so they are both level.

haha lol at the demotivational pic, i love it. michael you shud also take out your cranks and weld some bmx stunt pegs into the BB shell so you can just pump everywhere, you could save weight off the cranks, chain, sprocket haha jokin lol, would be fun to try tho :-)
