yeah, i know, but it hides my ugly chain ring. that's all. if i lose the bash guard i'm changing my gear ratio as well. all in due time. i'm really happy with how it came out. much better than the before.

I meant lose it and replace it with a different aluminum bash. Hecksa cheap.

i could do that. i'll look into it. 'cause the bash is pretty beat up, so i wouldn't wanna lose it completely knowing what could happen to my chain ring. haha.

no problems at all. i'm light enough that i'm incapable of breaking parts that most people would break. haha.

Change tires to something a bit lighter, some white bars, and a new seat would be good Wink

Small Block Eights are coming soon. Have to deal with what I have for the moment. No white parts other than the fork, and the seat is also just what I have around. Thanks though.

how does the 4x ride? and reliability?

flag skatefreak282 (Sep 9, 2009 at 15:58)
i've had it since '07 now with no problems. i lube the seals every now and then, but that's about it. it rides a bit stiffer than say the DJ series, but i got used to it. the rebound is mad responsive too, which i like. i'd say go for it if you're looking into one.

yeah i am. a 2007 exactly actually. i want something quite stiff because im riding rigid right now, but i have complications with one of my wrists so im looking in to sus fork. it might not be right away that i would buy one, but i will with time...
