It is an SX...even says it on the frame! the shock was originally a 5 way not 6 way, however i changed from a coil shock over to the far more responsive dhx 5.0. air. perhaps the angle of the picture is slightly misleading for you.
Hello , do you have any trouble with this bike riding very low and therefore clipping the pedals a lot whilst pedaling on corners , am asking cos mine is so bad for pedaling and wondered if you have same problem
Hi, its a awesome bike in the corners i havent had any trouble at all. The original shock (5th element) had alot of sag and took hours to get just right...in the end i bought the dhx 5.0, which makes it ride like a different bike! I've done 30mi+ XC on this bike and wasnt too bad, again that was with the DHX. Maybe you should try a different shock/serviced/set up correctly.
yeah my shock dhx3 has a lot of sag , i might just have to get over it though cos its nice on the rough stuff and if you pedal out of corners its of just cant pedal excessivly on flat long corners, i use it for dh racing anyway so i guess the sag is kinda needed for bigger courses
It looks from the head angle with forks of that length that it's the stock 150mm frame of that year, colour and shock also match the Enduro.
SX that year was the move over from piggy back 6 way shocks to Fox coli DHX iirc...
