no you aren't, and I'll tell you why.

It is not owned by any one person.

I believe it is owned by the GRCA and Chicopee has some sort of contract (land use agreement of sorts) with them. Chicopee being non-profit organization; There is a board of directors, an executive directior, an operations manager and then the rest. NO CEO or "Owner".

You gave me a good laugh though, good on ya.
