all of the stinkys ive felt have felt like crap, so theres no reason that this one deserves a 2010 boxxer (even if its "custom"). just my opinion so theres no need to bitch

of the many bighits and konas ive tried, ive liked bighits more every time. a bighit with a dhx 5 and a ti spring actually feels super nice, and im going to get one on mine. maybe konas actually feel nice with a dhx 5 air, as those are some nics ass shocks, but i have yet to find a kona that i think feels better than a bighit. its all just how u think bikes feel

i didnt tell him to f*ck off. people are just bitching because i think that the boxxer is not getting matched up with equally or better suspension in the rear. the bike does LOOK cool and has some nice parts, but the frame definitely doesnt compliment the fork. and remember people, there is no right or wrong, so dont bitch about other peoples opinions and tell them that they suck their dads cock for fun, becuase thats just a retarded arguement

holy shit what a stupid argument, the big hit uses fsr suspension and Kona's have that long bar suspension or what ever they call it. they are completely different designs so obviously ride different. its personal preference. that being said, that stinky air is nicer than any big hit.
Kona Stinky.... They're heavy and weak and flex light rubber. They suck bigtime, but sorry man so do bighits. Those of you who think that konas are the nicest bike to have, you guys got alot to learn about bikes.
my bighit with some decent parts weighs under 38 pounds, so its not heavy at all. its also definitely not weak, since ive used it hard for over a year, and all i had to do was replace a bearing on the frame. it has almost no flex too. im also not saying that it can compete with nicer frames, like demos or socoms or something like that. its a bulletproof frame with okay performance. stinkys dont really flex, but theyre heavy and weak
Konas flex man. their construction is weak, and the linkage breaks pretty easily. I would way rather have a bighit than a shitty stinky
i really dont think theyre that weak, ive heard some bad stuff about them, but i dont think theyre that fragile. they do flex moderately though

thats why your a noob. I'm not saying all konas are bad, because they do have some sick bikes. Kona stinkys are week at the headtube and they have faulty bearings. Just because you think theyre good, doesnt mean theyre good. The stab and the Bass are good bikes, and they ride great, its just the stinky.
Stinkys have gotten better, and when they got the gusset headtube design, they really shaped up, but still they arent that great of a bike.

it doesent ballance a 200mm fork on a 170mm frame
personaly id like a totem slo air on that
that would be sick
and for the reecord its the newer stinkys that suck the older 07 and older stinkys are pretty sick entry level gravity bikes now to get that performance you need to put more money into the delux or air

kinda missing the point the basic stinky used to be a bike that kids would save there lunch money to buy with some decent components it was a pretty decent bike after 08 all that change the price went way up and the quality of the bike went down now to get that qualit you have to buy the delux or the air
The price of the stinky air is pretty comparable to the norco and most other high end heavy duty freeride bikes but on the stinky you get compenents like 66 ata, dhx 5.0 air, that are 20 times nicer than whats on most stock freeride bikes.
not any more the 2010 kona line discontinued the Stinky Air and look how much the stinky air cost compared to just any stinky
Used to be like 2399 for stinky, 2899 for dee-lux, 3599 for primo, or a little higher for the other two, now it's 2099, 3599 and 5499 haha, what a rip, I wish the prices would go down.

i hear u brother...but hey the 2010 specielized line is went down in price some and trek kept the same price but built the same rig with downgraded componets to make them a bit more inexpensive check out the new trek scratch its sick =)

oh sick. i like the v10, and the yetis alright too. but this frame honestly isnt that bad. would make a perfect first dh/fr bike.

i honestley dont think people should say shit about anyone elses bike, first off i have had a stinky they flex so little that u cant notice it and being heavy i had mine in at 37 pounds with deemaxxs and boxxer wc and speaking of flexible u see sam hill steve peat all the top riders racing boxxers those are flexible as f*ck yeah i have had one to, maby people should buy the bike and ride it and then be able to have a say on them, and again its all personal preference am i not right ? why should someone get shit for sumthing they like lets be a little mature here people all these post are people argueing over the dumbest stuff
