Man, for the money i'm pretty sure outlaws are the best wheel. I have zero complaints so far and I have ridden them pretty hard. The rear has developed a slight hop but I would rather that than spend 1000+ on a set of soft DT Swiss's.
the 7 points are selling brand new for under 2k http://www.rscycle.com/2007-Iron-Horse-7-Point-3-Freeride-CLOSEOUT
you may want to consider just keeping the bike if you feel its worth your asking price.

im sorry but some sorry outlaws and x9 shifters are not going to make a bike 2500 dollars better than new. Plus Iron horse is no longer im trying to be constructive to help you with your sale by asking a reasonable price
comparitively speaking the iron horse sunday are selling for 2500 and it sold for way more new than the 7 points
