Actually yeah, if you look, you can see the brake arm bolted to the non-drive chain-stay.

Okay this took me a while to understand. At first, I know it sounds crazy, I thought it was an attachment to the cars wing mirror.. Embarrasing huh, then i saw the wing mirror was higher up the door frame Razz
