Bending back my marzocchi forks because the crappy warranty doesn't cover anything if you jump the bike. anyway, they kind of bent back when we dropped our 1 ton truck with a 2000 pound camper on it.

dont u think the steerer tube might be weak now even though its pretty straight? not warranting it if u jump it is pointless. isnt that what the fork is for?

I have fixed my fork before. except i used an 8 ton press to force a tube through it to straighten it then used a lathe to make a lipped punch to roll the lip on the bottom again Big Grin
