Its from the flash is hitting his arm so its blocking the light from getting to that certain part of the tire.

Great pic, night riding is so awsomeSmile. And sweet trick, im curious about what bike that is?? It looks like one of the 09 norco's but i'm probably wrong. By the way, if anyones interested in a great DJ/street bike check out the norco 250, Chrome, super short chain stays and awsome handling, although you may want to trim the bars:/, Alot like a big BMXSmileSmileSmile.
