j-brantly, its because of the reflection on the rim, lighter at the bottom, dark at the top. creates an optical illusion Salute

Eric your wrong, it is not an optical illusion! Take a piece of paper and mark how wide the tire is at top and how wide it is at the bottom. Clearly almost half the size, haha. Screwy picture bro!

well, im pretty sure if theres any changes in weight from 2008, it isnt much, so about 4.9 lbs.

buy the bike see if the forks are any good for about a month or two then if you hate em sell them and then save a bit more then throw a pair of some fox 32 vanilla RLC's on it and your ready to rip Wink
