the 2010's have different packaging and the clamps have an anodized finish to them these are 09s

Wrong. http://www.sram.com/en/srammountain/components/x0/triggershifter.php Look the same to me. Plus, I got these straight from SRAM with the package slip that says, "SRAM X.O Trigger Shifter Set 2010."
