Just wanted to try something new for a change. Was on the MOB for quite some time. Also Wanted a mid BB, as well as BMX spacing. So Landon at tonic welded me a Custom Howie.

Gotta ask, if he was welding you a custom frame why bother with the V-brake tabs? Sick bike other than that. Exclusive to say the least.

If I EVER wanted to put brakes back on I would be screwed. Screwed. So cable mounts are shaved... no disc mounts (obvi) and removable v-brake mounts, he tried toss them under the stays, but there was'nt enough room.

She's still clean as hell in my opinion

This model is the Float RLC 15, rather than the Van. The Van will lower like any other coil fork. You "supposed" to cut the spring the amount you lower it. But most people will just pre-load the spring.

By loose do you mean the top cap unthreading? Teflon tape should solve that...

no i just found out its my headset race isnt staying tight on my steerer, so it feels loose in the fork, its a really weird feeling to describe, all i know is its not my fork its my headset that needs to be replaced
