AHAHAHA ya man there both GOING DOWN hard. but serus nice pic i doubt its brakeless cause hes slidin pretty good probs a skid
POD!!! Great colors and happy im seeing a great dh pod! Props to the rider and the photographer!~!~!~!~!~!~!
go in brakeless, drop inside foot, push the bike down and out.. no skid required.. this stuff isnt in your textbooks bikebuster...
riding downhill brakeless just seems like a bad idea.......... Anyway fantastic picture and props to the photographer.
Brakeless skid means you turn fast enough to break traction in your rear wheel without applying any brake,it does NOT MEAN riding down a DH trail with no breaks on your bike. Come on guys.
^^^ He must have cut his brake lines just for this shot. Duh. What were we thinking. Most people don't use brakes at whistler anyways.
lol i for one ride with my fingers on the brakes... and i know a lot more peeps who do.. it makes breaking a lot smoother and less jagged as u hav more time to react. all in all that is one sweet POD
ok i get it the breaks dont work so hes breakless thats cool. and good picture. looks like fun to ride breakless but that would be scetchey at whistler
HAHAHA! What a smarty pants... They're generally called cutties, You can learn how to do them in the Dirt Magazine Fundamentals video.
i think he means breakless in the sense the bike has no brakes... hes trying to take the piss out of the fact that brakeless skids are actually called drifts... and failing miserably.

you gotta admit, that is a pretty freaking awesome photo, who cares is they are or aren't using brakes, it doesn't matter
Sweet pod!
but does anyone else think it looks too.. Orange? even the Cove bike looks a little off colour lol
It's the orange light from the forest fire in the top left... Seriously, WTF is that?
Cool pic.
Did the guy on the Cove dump it? Looks like he's loosing his arse end off the top of the berm...

the shot has waay too much contrast.. look at the 'white' tld pajamas the guy in the back is wearing, theyre turning blue
this is the best POD i have seen in a very long time. this is a very "moto-like" picture. he looks like he's about to stuff him in the corner!

Oh jesus, its barely in focus, its horrendously noisey, and is completely overcontrasted, its 2 people drifting a corner, and DEFINATELY isnt worth POD.
completely out of focus, underexposed by a mile great action, failed opportunity for a great photo...who ever picks the POD doenst have a lot of knowledge when comes to photography IMO...This is MY all time favorite berm to smash in the park...
more boring racer shots like i said racing is exiting when in video not pictures and this really isnt a big deal at least from my point of veiw racing isnt to photogenic
people give neg. props for the most stupidest shit. now heres another! sick pic. btw. now neg. away!
brakeless dh stupedist thing ive heard in a while..thats a sweet trail but when you go big on the jump before you cant help but slide that corner. be better with a berm. nice jumps before and after that corner though.
Thanks to all the people that didnt write retarded comments! and to answer some questions, the trail is up the top of heart of darkness and the bike in front is for sale.
sweet pic, sketchy turn, dang. Whoever really thinks those bikes dont actually have brakes ride huffys on the greenway. Narliest turns= no brakes(still skiddin though)
downhilling breakless, well, only if you are f*cking awesome.. break twice my both wrists trying it! lol AWESOME PIC, AWESOME RIDERS AND AWESOME PHOTOGRAPHER
