That's a warranty if I ever saw one. Brutal stack...hope the rider managed to lead a normal life after that one! Looks like he didn't try to fight it, which is a good thing. When you try to put your arms/legs out to brace for impact, you tend to break more bones, etc. then when you just "surrender" to the digger.
