not neccesarily it has 8 inches of travel which is a standard amount of travel for a downhill bike so why couldnt you put dual crown forks on it?

you can im just saying the driver 8 is supposed to be a single crown version of the v10 if your gonna go dual just go with the v10

ya but if were you ride doesnt need all the travel the v-10 but you still want a dual crown fork then this is still a really legit option. i know santa cruz has shown it with a single crown but that doesnt mean it was made to run a totem. ive seen sx trails with boxxers on them but its just because the person wants the handling benefits of a dual crown fork. just like this driver 8 shown in the picture. i just back from whistler and every driver 8 i saw had boxxers or 40's on it. i saw like 5 of em and none of them had single crown forks. word
