ya its clearly a shitty stem... I dont run a top cap either and ive NEVER had a problem with mine moving on my forks... that stem is a failure, and obviously a hazard here :\ if your forks cut too short then take a spacer out or even the dust protector off your headset... that is just not safe... my friend runs the same stem, constant problems with the thing slipping, its garbage.
you guys are all soo dumb like really. this is the worst stem ever. you tighten too much its crushin ur bars and fork..too little and ur havin wiggly shit. either way ur getin banged in the butt
no, not even going to argue this. The stem is a pile of shit. my friend rides it and hes actually good at riding and the only reason hes riding it is because it was his extra and he broke his other stem. Hes constantly pissed off about it and is always saying how its a piece of shit and he always has to slam his bars back because they always slip.
i have a v3 and it has slipped once when i boosted out of a pipe and nose dived it and slammed hard on the ground.
you just really have to crank it.. they say it can warp bars but dont even worry about that

Its Odsy v2, and my necktube (or what ever) is too short for elementary and my topbolt fly away when I land jump. Fit complete forks sucks. My friend fork broken up too for same reason.

I didnt understand perfectually what you mean fatasfit, but if you think that stem sucks only because your friend brokes it, its okay. You can belive what ever you want. But I like my stem (V3) until it prove a shit and broke. But I wouldnt say elemtarys shitty stems, because actually good and expensive parts broke too even everybody says "its the best and really robust". Or Im really so wrong that human can be ?
