What kind of welding are you using? TIG I'm guessing? Also just a tip on welding, if you can, try to keep the weld puddles closer to each other. Gives for a stronger better looking weld.
Also, what type of steel are you using? Say for cromo frame, what schedule of tube (thickness)?

wow have you tried tig welding dude? its really not as easy as you make it sound.
i use 0.035" cromo. but this frame is not cromo, its a much stronger type of steel

okay thanks, i'm going to try and make a frame in my metal class. and no i haven't tried tig welding yet. and i wasn't criticizing your welds, just a comment.

this is columbus zona. same strength as reynolds 853
