Wish my bike was that dialed but I don't think it could ever be now. Were past that point aren't we..

what should the average height be for a size large for this bike? im 6ft would a large fit me?

I find it to be more rider preferred about frame size. That said, I like bigger rides, more stable at speed, etc. A large would be good for you. On the Santa Cruz website is posted a size chart for the V10. It is pretty accurate. Funny, my large Santa Cruz Nomad was the same size as my V10.
