No, If its been lowered an inch you should be fine. I had a rm125 when I was about 5'6 and it was perfect. So this bike might be a little tall, but you'll be fine.

no it should be good i got it done when i was 5 foot and it was perfect the bike is lowered close to 2 inch's cause i got a small peace cut out of the sub frame too
