It's done with about several different images. With a special program, or some extreme photoshop skills, you can achive that effect by skewing the images. The method has some retarted long name that I can't think of right now.
ive made some of these before. never thought of doing it with a bike. good idea. ithink im goin to try 1 with a bike soon
and its not a fish eye. it all made in photoshop and it super fun to make becauss the turn outs are amazing. if u do them good

it's a fisheye lens and the photo is taken from some crane with the lens directed to the ground,but looks awesome

i figured out....was this pic taken from above with a really wide fish eye?....must be like 0.4 or less
