I'm looking for the yellow frame in a medium. Will you chop the frame, paint it yellow and ship it to Saskatchewan? I got $575 for my birthday, will that do?

ive got the same bike, with the upgrade of the tires, and assuming hes got dh tubes in it its probly around 32lbs, stock the bike is 30.5
