even if there was a tire on it, look at the rim, its inside the dropout the furthest it can go, so the brakes would be on the tire. that frame is for 24'' rims.

pattywagon is a douche...those are the brake PIVOTS!! the brakes pivot on there and the pads would be lower than the pivots..........Facepalm
