sweet frame
nah unlike the 951 this bike is actualy made for a real racers, serioulys these things are made to last and althou i like intense i heard some fairly bad stories about there lasting life
They are only 'For Race Only' though northumberlandrider...so there supposed to only really last a full race season - but for that season they'll b awesome!
u dummie by a real racers bike i ment some on who actualy has to buy there own bike, hense the shocker owns
Mate. You were moaning about Intense's lasting life and I told you that there only made for a race season! I'd pick the Shocker over the Intense aswell
(northumberlandrider)How can you have heard bad story's about the 951 not lasting when its only been available for a month? please tell me these story's as I have one and its fine but if there's something I have to look out for then I'd like to know as you are obviously so well informed! of course you could just be making her feel better about buying 2nd best?!!!
intense in gerneal doesnt last long is what hes implying, just if its an intense its for racing and not extreme freeride strength. but for what their frames alone cost, thats rediculous, although just like most bikes they will last for awhile if maintaned.
I've had 3 now and run 2 demo's in the shop and not had any hassle with them at all! Early M1's used to crack at the shock but thats about all I've come across?! Just a bit annoying when you get someone who is quick to critisize n has probably never owned one!!!
hey, tell me about it i ride kona and every last person on this site seams to make a coment on a broken kona, and then any other bike with the same snap will have like 4 coments all saying ohh too bad you must of gone huge.
dude lots of my mates have old intense and they dont just last like a shocker or demo, if your a serious racer and haven't got money coming out of your ears the shocker is a much better choice, ps thats al i was saying and not dissing intense, people on this site need to take a chill pill !
I think the point is that if you look after yer bike regardless of wot it is then you shudnt have any problems with it other than serviceable items, I've been there with the race scene for many years and always looked after ma kit n it paid me back in many ways! I'm sure you've been at an nps and seen the attention that the likes of Steve, Will or the Athertons bikes get, I know they have mechanics but its not like they have a spare bike to ride when the others getting washed n tweeked!!
yeah most things, well apart from wheels, chain device, seatpost and set, lol, but theyre all 2nd hand too. trying to do this as smooth and as cheap as possible lol. x
