no way!!! that is awesome
I was going to say no POD because of the clarity, but honestly this deserves to be shown. This is the definition of OLD SCHOOL!!! So sick!
I know JonFaure I was simply saying that when I first looked at it I thought no POD, but the sheer age of the photo alone will get it POD no doubt!!! Your Great Great Grandpa was a pioneer dude!!!
Sweet dude - going hardcore I see with the fixie/brakeless and rigid setup there
Not sure how the x-ups and the tailwhips would have gone though :L

Looks like your Great Great Granda's wearing you Great Great Granny's jeans, or what ever they wore back then...
its hard to say its real or not cuz the jeans and helmet look 21st centruy, but the houses, horse and carrage, and the bike look old?
that's bad ass skills! once i was trying to ride that kind of bike (my boss bough it like 30 years ago).....it was really hard to control it
also take note that the shadow of the on lookers has a bell on their handlebars. how many DJers you know still rock a ringer?
Ha Ha! What's funny is I actually have a bell on my bike as a joke! I use it at the skate park when it gets crowded. I also use it at the djs. What's better than a sick table? ....A sick table with a "dinggggg" in the middle of it! lol
this is shopped i think, but is still an intriguing picture - The bikes in the shadows have riser bars, these weren't around then - penny farthings were also fixed gear, so jumping them would've been pretty damned hard!
thats not real look at the size of his legs to his body and how the hell are you ment to get biketo ride on the dirt and even go up a jump?! and when he lands the front wheel will snap or bend. i think its fake!
Dude.. i dont care if its photoshopped.. he's wearing a lid though. But.. i like it.. infact i love it.
Wish this grand daddy was riding my design... check it out

You guys are so dumb....the background is photoshopped in and so is the bike...Its an Obvious joke..and a good one at that.....I like the picture its kickin it "oldschool" lol
My great great grandpappy would be insulted by your remarks!!! He's rolling over in his grave as we speak! He was a true legend in his time!
StevoFS,
You should be ashamed of yourself... questioning the authenticity as well as the greatness of the late pioneer Andre Faure

I know I am....I am....I showed this photo to one of those Pro PS guys and he said it was 100% real...I feel bad now =[
haha those must of been some really dumb photoshop pros look at the buildings lol there not blended very well, all the same great pic mate
Oh, so you have heard of the great Andre Faure. He is a legend and was way advanced in the sport of dirt jumping for his time. I'm pretty sure he invented the "ET" and that's where Steven Spielberg got the idea for the movie.
I knew it!!! Why did I not put two and two together sooner? My bad Jon... I should be ashamed of myself, but I am not.
Ok Ok Ok Here is the real scoop. This was something my son did when he was 12. I had taken a photo of him at our local djs. He photoshopped out his bike and replaced it with this one. He also took out the condos in the background and put old houses, took out my truck that was parked on the road and put in a horse and carrage. He also took out the shadow of me holding up a camera.
