i stripped all the splines in my xtrs to the point where they moved about half way round the spindel and im not removing all of them but some of them are going when i can be bothered

bent the flow after a year and a bit of abuse and i dont give a shit about heavy stuff anymore i go more for feel, durability and performance and light parts suck

Well I wouldn't go as far as saying light parts suck, but I see where your coming from. This is much nicer than the Flow too, ride nice?

best frame ive ever had suits my riding style spot on and for me they suck because ive broken xtr cranks, sram x0 derailleur, sunline stems (dh and am), xtr brakes, flow myth frame, dt swiss ex1750 wheels, ripped through soo many light weight tyres/tubes and loads of other bits

its an E-13 lS1 the cheapest E-13 you can get i think 50 quid new and im not sure really probably 05 since its a relatively new frame

ITS LS1 its on chainreaction and i run a 36tooth on front with shimano saint mech and a 19,17,15,14 set up on the rear

The LS1 rocks, same performance as the lg1 (i haven't dropped a chain yet with it) but about half the price.
