he is in one of the bigger gears, if you acctually look. and, with the use of a chain guide, you want a shorter chain, because it keeps more tension, and gives you a little bit less chain slap. the chain on your bike is wayy to long, btw.

My chain is a bit short untill I get a new derailleur.
