considering the wheel size is a 20 inch and it has a little flag with a skull... The bike probably belonged to some kid who clearly was really excited to get a new bike. It's more sad than anything that it got stolen by some assH*le

actually it was a guy who lives in a dorm without his parents. it was jokes. afterwards he realised he locked up his bike to a fence that doesnt allow bikes to be locked on it
