that's not the engine you have in the car. Unless you purposely omitted having a supercharger.

EndersShadow, the thing u see at the top of the engine isn't a supercharger, this engine is tuned port injected which is what ur looking at.

dude i guarantee u thats the engine in the car. my buddy went n looked at one last week an its the exact same. its a high output 350 that chevy made and put into their camaro's and isn't uncommon to see one of them sittin under the hood.

It's called either an LS1 or an LT1. I know as I have one of these engines in my car. However you couldn't know for sure that it's in this guys car as he transplanted it from a newer car.

its actaully called a L98 TPI engine, my brother has a 87 trans am gta, with that engine in it

Did you bother to read anything else he's posted? He said he put an LS1 or LT1 into it. I have a 94 Formula with an LT1.
