Back wheel is on a rock so its a lot steeper than it looks. Also most people find that being able to pedal a bike without hitting you knees on the bars a benefit! Oh yeah and do bar spins whitout hitting you forward foot with the wheel...

Those components are a ONE-OFF for Andrew Taylor. They won't be available for the public. BUT maybe FSA will decide wheter or not to put them on the market. And the bike is a Marin Attack Trail 2010. Will be available soon.

That bike is going to be released as you see it there.. It should be in the video that Andrew states that is a 'stock' bike, and it is..

Complete bike, watch the video too, around 1:45 he says "exact bike". It will be released at the A.T. version. Same with his H.T.

Floating shock?

The lower mount moves but the upper one doesn't. The link is mounted at the same spot the uper shock mount is at. Or atleast that's what I can make out from this picture.

well both links move, but as you said the shock is attached to the frame mount so its not floating
