They had a DJ built one, its got hor. drop outs, I think it will shred the DJs

You blind? note the massive tubeset and gussets...especailly the seat tube gusset, there's no need for that at all.

it's like the original santa cruz jackal, complete overkill so they redisigned it to be much lighter and cleaner looking but still plenty strong.

Uh... No. It's made outta thin as f*ck aluminum. Those gussets are necessary... This is a stiff ass frame that can handle a lot of stress from pedaling, etc.

The Jackal is a different story. That frame was made as an all-around hardtail frame worthy of running a 160mm fork with no problem. Santa Cruz redesigned the Jackal as there wasn't a market for downhill hardtails anymore so they made it into a dirtjump frame.
