Epic stuff, being there would make my tummy turn.
if that for some random reason gave way....think of alls those precious bikes falling.....terrible to imagine.....hahaha
i think i would be more worried about the people than the bikes.
thats just my personal opinion though

That would be sick riding off that with a parachute on your back, but your bike might get smashed up pretty bad.
i've heard of 50 foot drops and even 150 footers but this! you know the sport is to easy to be doing this! lol

it would be fun to get a really old bike u dont care about and just chuck it over the edge and see what happens
How far down the trail is this spot? Im going to be hitting slickrock up on the way back from New Mexico and would love to see this area.

That is a great shot of that look-out. I've ridden this trail twice back in '01 and just last April. This lookout is the best point to rest because it's mostly all downhill for about 11miles after this point. If you go to Moab to ride and don't hit up Porcupine Rim, I feel sorry for you. Now ditch the shuttle to the trailhead and ride a full loop from the Sandflats, back into town and back up to the Sandflats while riding a hard-tail……….that's a good 32mile ride.
