I would like to know if this system of protection is really safety and really useful.
I ask that cause i saw on a french MTB magazine (BigBike) that in case of big crash it can be worst tha if u don't wear that protection.
Is that true ?
What do you think ??

no i dont think it would be i have had mine for 3years now i think and all the time iv eeen big crashes on motox everyone who weres one is better off then not wearing one

if you crash in a certain way, the brace will break your collar bone and shear the major artery supplying blood to your arm (pretty big artery), causing you to die within 10 minutes due to internal bleeding...

this has happened to more than 10 motocross racers within the past year, look it up

because theres alot of manufactoring in them and the real expensive ones are all carbon fiber
but u can get a cheep one for 150

probably not the manufacturing costs, more so the design costs to perfect them
