im willing to trade you a 31.8 stem a set of dj pedals and a hayes sole hydrolic disc brake or an avid bb5 brake or a hayes mx2 brake let me know and we can figure something out

Oil weeps past the wiper seals. My guess is it needs a full servicing. O-rings, gaskets and wiper seals.
